Ruby red in color. Dry, medium body, high acidity, medium tannins. With aromas and flavors of baked berries, plum, black currant, cedar, oak, cloves, dark red cherry and pepper on the finish.

PAIR with almost any moderately rich dish, pork, poultry, sausages, herbs, risottos, stews, cheese pizza.
