Zinfamous   

Say "infamous" with a Z and you know what's in this bottle. The Grapefather's newest wine.

The name suggests The Grapefather's well-earned reputation for releasing exceptional wines that make people say things like, "He keeps bringing out new wines that make it harder for me to pick a favorite!"

Don't be alarmed if Zinfamous strikes you as criminally good and despicably delicious. Where other Zins can be merely pleasant, Zinfamous prevails as truly, scandalously and outrageously Grapefather-worthy.

Ruby red, medium intensity, medium body, smooth medium tannins. Dry with medium-high acidity. Aromas and flavors of strawberry, dried cranberry, red current, fig, vanilla, pepper, oak, cloves. Fruity finish.

Fans have been asking for a Zinfadel, but Nello hasn't wanted to compete with his popular estate Primitivo. But then he came across a Zin produced in a vineyard at the same high altitude as his own. A Zin he knew would take well to his own winemaking style.

What's more, it comes from highly respected grower, Chaim Gur-Arieh (the man, the myth, the legend!) of C.G. Di Arie Winery.
