2019 Chardonnay   

This delicious, easy, everyday Chardonnay is grown at 2,400 feet and partially fermented in French oak.

Ripe notes of stone fruit, green apple and mineral with subtle hints of toasty oak. Rich flavors of peach, jasmine and citrus.

PAIR with seafood, simply prepared chicken, pork, creamy pasta dishes, chicken or ham salads with fruit, nuts, creamy dressing. Rich starchy veggies.

If the name means “place of thistles” then this Chardonnay reflects a very amiable version of that flora! It was selected by Nello and Danica Olivo after a year-long search for a Chardonnay to fit their preferences and standards.

Pale gold. Dry. Medium body.
