"Negroamaro," a rare grape to find in California, thrives where summers are hot. In the region of Puglia where it originates (the "heel" of Italy's boot), it grows with abandon—as it does in Nello's vineyard.

This exceptional wine tastes of rich dark fruits and rustic herbs. Full bodied, complex, and with medium acidity, it has enough dark berry for easy drinking.
